We are writing to provide a letter of reference on behalf of Newcastle Renovations Inc. with respect to their renovations work on homes.  We originally used Newcastle Homes to build our house four years ago.  We had a wonderful experience with Newcastle Homes at that time and found the service to be extremely quick, courteous and professional.  We also found the quality of the work to be first class.  After we built our home, we hired an independent home inspector to make sure we had covered everything - the home inspector was extremely impressed with the quality of all aspects of the house and could not really find any issues with the house, which bolstered our opinion of Newcastle Homes and the process we had just gone through.

 Shortly after that, Newcastle Homes then opened up a renovations division.  After having such a great experience in the home building process, we decided to use Newcastle Renovations to finish our basement.  Again, our expectations of Newcastle Renovations were exceeded during this process.  We thoroughly enjoyed working with Newcastle Renovations on the basement renovations.  In dealing with Newcastle Renovations it was clear that they really cared about our needs and their reputation, and they worked extremely closely with us to ensure our basement was configured exactly as we wanted - no stone was left uncovered.  All of the staff at Newcastle was extremely courteous to deal with and everything was done in a timely manner.  Again, the quality of the work was first class and we were extremely happy with how everything was handled.  If there was ever a problem, Newcastle Renovations was quick to work with us and find an equitable and practical solution for all of us.

Having used Newcastle twice now for different projects, we would not hesitate to use the company again in the future.  The company is extremely reputable and enjoy the advantage that it does not take on too many projects at one time so can really cater to our needs and give us first class customer service.
