These client had built the home with Newcastle Homes and were looking to develop their estate home walk-out basement.  Forward thinking in their approach to design and function, the focus was on making the walk-out an integral part of their family living space until the children were adults.

 

 

Attention was given to ensure proper space for entertaining as evidenced by the large, U shaped wet bar with full cabinets, a built-in wall unit complete with large screen TV and recessed full surround sound.  The multi-functional office included two spacious work stations for doing homework, and opened up to the rec room with double french doors.  The bathroom included a full with sauna, steam shower and custom cabinetry.
