Coach Hill Renovation
This large two-storey house included a large central great room with 20 foot windows offering fantastic views. The formal dining room at the rear of the home was not functional for the family's preferred entertainment needs. In addition, the family wanted a place for the grand piano in the centre of the home.

After redesigning the space, the dining room walls were removed as well as all the cabinetry. A wall separating the kitchen from the great room was opened up, and in order to accommodate mechanical and heating requirements, an arch and pillars were built. A mezzanine was added to the second floor walkway connecting the upper bedrooms to the curved staircase. An elliptical curve was included along the front of this floor space, adding to the spectacular look. A much larger, re-configured kitchen was installed with a large multi-level island big enough to sit six people. New hardwood flooring throughout the entire renovated space and high profile baseboards completed the renovation.
